FAQs

I decided to work with you.  What’s next?

Please book an appointment. I will send you my coaching packages.  Select the package that is right for you.  Next, I will send you a coaching agreement and invoice.  Once agreement is signed and payment received, I will send you a confidential intake form.

Are there guaranteed results in coaching?

There are never guarantees.  However, if you show up (be present) and do the work, you can achieve the outcomes you desire.  Clients choose their own strategies or actions to achieve their desired outcomes.  Often, there will be homework that can include reflection questions or a challenge that will be a stretch.  Clients can always choose to say yes, no, or design their own homework or challenge.

What might occur during a client coaching session?

Once an agreement is signed, we will begin after you schedule your first session.

After a review of your intake documents, sessions always begin with your agenda and may include but are not limited to: goals and values setting or clarification, focusing on outcomes, identifying what is holding you back, achieving new awareness or new learning, choosing how you want to show up, developing action steps or strategies, setting priorities, developing a purpose, and always identifying how you will hold yourself accountable.

What coaching package does a client typically select?

Every client is individual, and I believe they know what is best for themself.  I find most clients select a 4–6-month package. Clients are never pressured to select a particular package. I always work with the client and in their best interest.

How often do you schedule coaching sessions?

Typically, a client schedules sessions every two weeks, however, sometimes can vary.  Some clients prefer every two weeks, and then they choose to meet once a month.
